- epiGeniusHD, applying e-Science to elucidate the role of epigenetics in Huntington's Disease etiology, an e-Science 'proof of concept' project sponsored by NBIC's BioAssist program
- BBMRI-NL, we run a small pilot project for BBMRI-NL in collaboration with NBIC's interoperability task force to investigate requirements and possibilities of semantic support for biobank researchers.
- CMSB, we participate in the Centre for Medical Systems Biology to enable enhanced biological interpretation of experimental data, in parcular for genome wide analysis.
