A Web Site for Collaborative BioBanking?

The BioSemantics group collaborates internationally on enabling technologies that support collaborative research. A possible starting point for biobank researchers could be a community web site that supports forging new collaborations while leveraging sophisticated information technologies in a user-friendly way.
